How do I install a Coefficient handlebar?
Each Coefficient Handlebar is shipped with comprehensive installation instructions. We recommend that only a qualified bike mechanic install this handlebar. Please follow the installation instructions very carefully. An improperly installed handlebar can lead to damage to the product (nullifying its warranty) or damage to your bike. PLEASE NOTE - do not use carbon paste to mount your bar on your stem.
How do I know which size handlebar to get?
Order the exact same size bar you currently use – assuming it’s measured center-to-center at the hoods and you’re pleased with your current size. For our specs, visit the page below and scroll to the bottom:

As for the rest of your setup, keep the same size stem and stack height.
What is the difference between RR and AR handlebars?
BOTH handlebars are designed to be very ergonomic and are expert at handling both road and off-road (road, gravel). They also have a thumb indent that adds comfort and control when in the drops.
What sets them apart are:
Tops of bars – AR is ovalized, RR is more flattened
RR can be routed externally, partially internal (enter at levers, exit before middle junction) or fully internal (enter at lever and exit directly into stem). AR can be routed externally or fully internal.
RR is UCI-legal and best suited for racing (road, gravel, cyclocross, fast group rides)
RR has built-in computer mount
AR has space on both sides of the bar for mounting computers, lights, bells, etc. With the RR, to attach a light you’ll need our custom GoPro mount which allows for mounting accessories on the underside of the computer mount.
What are the computer mount screw specs?
Hex Drive Flat Head Screw with 90° Countersink Angle: M4 x 0.70 mm Thread, 8 mm long
What is the GoPro bolt specs?
The pivot/knuckle screw is M5x1x20mm button head. The mounting screws are M4x0.8 flat head.

What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition: handlebars without grips or a GoPro mount attached, and any lifestyle merchandise new with all tags attached in its original packaging. Please have your order number and name ready. For orders placed through one of our distributors, we need your receipt and the shop info instead.
Some items are non-refundable, including gift cards, crash-damaged handlebars and mounts, used clothing, and personalized or customized items.
To start a return, email info@coefficientcycling.com with your order number or receipt and the reason for the return. We will send you a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method; please allow 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error. If you would like an exchange, follow the same return process and place a new order for the item you want. Full details are in our refund policy.
What is the warranty?
Coefficient handlebars are warranted against manufacturing defects (delamination, a misprint and the like) for two years from the date of purchase. If your handlebar has a manufacturing defect we will replace it, or refund it if you would rather not have a replacement. The warranty cannot be transferred to another person or product.
Lifestyle products and accessories are not covered by the two-year warranty; these can be replaced or refunded within 30 days of purchase.
To make a claim, complete the Warranty Request Form and email it to info@coefficientcycling.com with your name and your order number or receipt.
Do you have a crash replacement policy?
Yes we do. Sometimes accidents happen. You might bin it at a crit race or your roof rack has a bad day... we can offer you 30% off a new bar PLUS we'll throw in a new pack of bar tape (if available). Get in touch with us so we can arrange this for you.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries, but if you find we are not set up to ship to your country please contact us so that we may help.
