Shipping and Delivery Policy
All shipping estimates and delivery timeframes provided are approximate and subject to delay by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any other carrier.
Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed, and we do not offer refunds or credits for shipping charges due to carrier delays or failures to meet estimated delivery windows
We calculate shipping charges at checkout, and the options available are displayed once you have selected your delivery country or region.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status. Coefficient will provide site updates of; and take responsibility for any significant shipping delays we cause. Our only obligation is to promptly ship orders using the selected shipping method. Additionally, to provide a resolution if your order has not arrived in 12 business days. If your delivery has been delayed 12 business days, please contact info@coefficientcycling.com for a resolution.
If your parcel appears to be significantly damaged in transit, please refuse to sign and return it to sender. If this is not an option, please email info@coefficientcycling.com for a resolution. Please keep in mind, if you intend on returning a damaged parcel, the product must remain unopened in its parcel. If you receive your order and notice that the product has been damaged in delivery, please emailinfo@coeffcientcycling.com for a replacement at no extra cost.
All parcels are fully insured and dispatched using creditable carrier services.
Shipping Methods
Priority option available to guarantee your order is shipped on the same day if placed before 2:00 pm Monday-Friday only, and is subject to the availability of goods and services.
Orders outside of the USA/EU are delivered by air freight only and cannot be changed.
Customs
Orders shipped outside the EU and USA may be subject to customs charges. These charges are in addition to any delivery costs and will need to be paid by the recipient.
Latin American customers please provide customs identification numbers to info@coefficientcycling.com if you are in:
- Argentina: CUIT (Código Unico de Identificación Tributaria)
- Bolivia: NIT (Número de Identificación Tributaria)
- Brasil: CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional da Passoa Jurídica) for companies; CPF ( Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) for individuals.
- Chile: RUT (Rol Unico Tributario)
- Colombia: NIT ( Número de Identificación Tributaria)
- Costa Rica: RUC ( Registro Unico de Contribuyentes)

If you are ordering a handlebar from another country not mentioned above, and know that a customs identification number will be required, please email Info@coefficientcycling.com to prevent delays.
